Pros
Good benefits although they gave decreased over the last 10 years since I started working at this company.
Cons
Yearly pay in increases are very minimal. Usually only a 2-3 % raise although the CEO posts record profits throughout the Company quarterly. Management chooses to review metrics for annual performance using goals that are almost impossible to achieve. Department is given a very low budget in which to provide raises and promotions so only very few people are able to get promoted even though they meet the criteria.
