      Good pay and good co-workers (not Sr. Managment)

      Cons

      Sr. Management changed in 2022, and is out of touch, with a 'customer is always right' attitude which puts a lot of strain on the PMs. I got out because the grind was ruining my life. Seriously, I was .4 FTE overallocated, read that again, .4 FTE over 1.0 FTE, my relationship suffered, my brain was mush, and I was a cranky mess most of the time.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
