      1. Good health insurance plan 2. Line Manager was amazing!

      1. Large company- hard to standout especially due to CRAs working primarily within their assigned pharmacuetical company and not directly with ICON employees. 2. HR is very hard to reach and is very impersonal 3. Budget for hotels and per diem costs while traveling is lower than normal.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
