      - flexibility being remote - decent PTO, health benefits

      Cons

      - overloaded with work. This is the most stressed out I've felt working in the industry in 5+ years. - sponsors are bullies and not enough resourcing to feel supported during tight timelines - all talk about being promoted, and never follows through. I guess the only way to be promoted is if you apply for a lateral position or different department. - internal groups not aligned on our own processes

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
