Cons
No retention strategy whatsoever for people with excellent year reviews. A bunch of people hired under the bridge program without any idea of what they are doing. Company will do all they can and will not pay outstanding PTO balance if you leave. Good luck with that. No exit interview. You only receive a generic email from HR and IT to return equipment. Even my manager was surprised about the horrible exit process.
