      Absolutely love the job itself and study teams. CRA Bridge Program is excellent.

      Cons

      All things HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT related. Company was late paying several employees in my department - including myself - with no explanation. Unorganized benefits department and taking extended leave is a nightmare. Lack of responsiveness when emailing anyone other than your direct managers - 4+ months with no resolution to issues. IT has 8+ hour wait times with minimal responsiveness.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
