      My boss is one of the best I've ever had. He truly cares about his team both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Have an issue? Submit a ticket...that always seems to be the only answer ever given. The company as a whole doesn't seem to care about their people. You can't talk to anyone and no one really knows who to contact to help you. Depending on your team/ client there isn't a whole lot of opportunity for growth unless you want to switch teams/ client

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
