Great at what they do in Clinical Research, although the whole feel is strong brand minimal touch
Cons
Very poor IT department with realistic C level expectations, but with a dysfunctional and highly political support organisation. Insufficient time and budget given to actually solving long established issues, contributing the the self fulfilling perception of IT within a fast moving and Professional organisation
