      Cons

      Extremely poor new hire training making it incredibly difficult to perform job functions efficiently or adequately. Inadequate training for managers who don’t particularly support the career growth of employees. Pay is not near industry standards. Overworked due to constant turnover with little to no recognition.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
