      Pros

      great company with good opportunities. very flexible schedule.

      Cons

      pay better than my last job but still not good. ICON and PRA are currently taking some time to merge. as a new hire I have 2 PRA emails and 1 ICON email. I didn't get a computer until the end of my first week. I still don't have access to 90% of what I need to do including the SOPs for training. Management is questionable on their knowledge.-10/10 do not recommend working here.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
