Pros
Work from home 2 days a week, but is something that can be done all remotely.
Cons
They cut out bonuses for CTAs which is such a slap in the face- lowest paying job and does a ton of work for studies. Management does not help lower level employees move to where they want to be. Culture in the office is strange and uncomfortable. Too much work for such little pay. Many other recruiters have told me personally that i am making far, far less than i should be.
