      Some groups have great people to work with

      Hard to get IT issues resolved in a timely manner Large corporation, so it's bloated and hard to respond Managers tend not to listen to the opinions of the people who do the work daily

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
