So desperate for employees they'll pay you. Be prepared to sell your soul.
Cons
Company required employees to take a pay cut during COVID then made an exorbitant amount of money and bought a competitor. Priorities are profits and money with no regard for employees' benefits or work-life balance. Performance metrics are based upon non-sensical metrics that aren't reflective of employees' contributions, Functional area PMs are overworked. Inefficient processes will run you ragged. Procurement is a nightmare to work with.
