      Pros

      Well run company with good communication from management. Good benefits at a reasonable price. Really liked my manager.

      Cons

      IT is horrible- very slow systems and virtually non responsive service desk. That is the main reason I left. Need more diversity in upper management.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
