      Good PTO plan and healthcare plan is decent

      Cons

      Very frustrating that new people coming in are getting paid far more than the established workers that have been there and already know how to do their job.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
