      smaller teams with not too many direct reports per manager; good deal of autonomy; genuinely nice people to work with and good company culture; work/life balance is valued; excellent PTO plan and overall good benefits package

      Cons

      difficult to move up in the organization; systems are cumbersome; constant issues with lack of resources; poor handling of COVID-19 (for operations team support and employee salary cuts)

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
