Relatively progressive employment policies. Usually allow work from home.
Cons
Company imposed pay cuts in 2020 while promising not to lay off employees to deal with pandemic. Then began laying off employees, refusing to roll back pay cuts, even though revenue didn't decline as they had said it would. Senior management isn't honest and sees North American staff as disposable.
