      - Violation to local laws - No promotion - No support during your work with sponsor - keep in mind that you will always be a horrible employee and sponsor - it is the best thing ever that had been in your life. - Unexperienced managers that do nothing in your work life.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
