New group; alliance partners with big pharma Training and support now established Easy enough for experienced PM/CTM Work from home; great IT and equipment provided for home office
Cons
low salary due to early developement focus (early phase/FIH) Some times work long hours to meet deadlines; par for the course Some clients/sponsor difficult to work with; not much support there even in the worst circumstances No Study Start Up group - CTM/PM fins for themselves; not very good resource or data base for site selection activities Lack of communication between departments leads to not knowing who is suppose do what sometimes
