      Working from home is nice.

      Cons

      Impossible DOS metrics, very low per diem, very low hotel allowances. Zero to few incentives or benefits to make a high travel job bearable.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
