      Pros

      Good management, good co workers, relaxed environment. Work life balance is very important. Very helpful, great opportunity to learn about project management.

      Cons

      There isn't much room for growth and advancement. The experience among co workers varies greatly. Sometimes work goes unnoticed, no bonuses.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
