      Pros

      Varied experience, benefits of working in global HQ, global exposure. Lots of talent, nice pleasant office

      Cons

      Complicated processes, always a need to fix broken processes. Good talent moves on quickly, salary wasn't benchmarked well. Parking setup is silly

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
