      Pros

      I started working at home one day a week after under 1yr of employment. My manager was always available for help and I had good benefits.

      Cons

      Not an advanced workspace-cubicles and ugly space. I started at an entry level position, which didn't pay much, but then again, it was entry level.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
