      Pros

      Dedicated staff, good cooperation at the first line and middle management. Excellent medical benefits. Nice facilities.

      Cons

      Executive level management in Ireland are not lab people, ICON PLC took over management and ran the place into the ground. Many sponsors bailed after the US based leadership was sacked to save on salaries and centralize control

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
