      Pros

      Pros include; benefits, PTO, work environment, insurance, 401k. There are great people to work with and the work events are also entertaining.

      Cons

      Depending on your level and the position you aspire to be in, it can be quite competitive. Also, the amount of studies you are on varies which can be quite tasking.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
