      Flexible remote work, decent starting salary

      Cons

      Performance and promotions are based on quantity of work taken on, not quality, growth potential or merit. Company wide promotions are restricted, bonus and pay increases so marginal it feels offensive.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
