      Pros

      I collaborated & learned from a lot of different leaders & project managers. For the most part they were very pleasant to work with. Formerly PRA Health Sciences employee, great benefits & FTO policy.

      Cons

      Worked a hybrid model, but I think this may depend on who your leader is and where you are located. I would have preferred fully remote with the occaisional office visit.

      Good amount of PTO, holidays off.

      Cons

      Management, poor pay, lack of direction as far as growth within the company goes.
