      Big and Stable. Quota is attainable

      Cons

      Commission is low compared to competitors. Base salary is below the average for the level experienced required. Benefits are pretty bad. Limited leave, no stock options for anyone below VP

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
