      The training is good and the team is helpful.

      Cons

      Sometimes too many slides are in townhall meetings and they are important but it's just rushed at times. They used to have points in the my reward website but they stopped it. It allowed using points to buy items.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
