Where do I even begin? There was no bonus this year, and the pay increase we received was so minimal it honestly feels like a joke. It’s hard to understand what more employees can do to feel truly appreciated. For lab staff, we are required to work Saturdays without any shift allowance, which is very demotivating. The work itself is extremely monotonous and boring, making it hard to stay engaged. Growth within the company is extremely difficult, and promotions often seem to depend more on favoritism than merit. Bring back bonuses and promotions and keep it fair for everyone not just the high levels.
