Thank you for your perspective. Very glad to hear you enjoy an opportunity to explore a variety of projects in many industries, including aviation, healthcare, energy, the public sector, and many more. It can be overwhelming to navigate a large organization made up of 9,000 employees across 75+ global offices. We encourage employees to expand their networks beyond immediate teams by joining our Engage groups, Employee Community Networks, Learning events, and Mentor Connect program. While project work can come in ebbs and flows, it's important to discuss and set reasonable expectations with the team early on - what are the core hours of work and what are the expectations of work in the short and long term. If you're still not satisfied with your working hours, prepare for an impact conversation with your manager to discuss your workload and expectations. - KZ

Pros

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
