Pros

They make an effort to make the employee feel wanted. Everywhere you go, people seem to be about more than just work. They're having fun and executing a perfect example of work-life balance. Once you're in they'll do everything possible to keep you in. They make sure you have options to expand your expertise and curiosity like no other company does. They seriously force you to think about your future. So many people here are 20+ or 30+ veterans for a reason

Cons

They are still growing, so they have some small company issues like lower benefits expected (Compared to competitors, Deloitte, Booz, Accenture) I don't see it as a con, but I know some might: the company is really liberal and progressive so expect a younger crowd, and views aligning closer to Gen -Z than to Gen-x or boomers. Nevertheless, they seem aware of this and try to promote inclusivity for almost any crowd. I wouldn't see this as a huge thing unless this is a trigger for you HQ is huge and beautiful but almost empty.
