Good organization overall, but the digital business division is messed up. Hence my review is specific to that division - Anonymous employee ICF Employee Review

The so called senior leadership in the US is clueless and they ended up destroying a well established, close-knit organization in Bangalore, just to fulfil someone's bloated ego; they had no clue how to manage offshore teams, but still meddled in it and destroyed it. CTO was more a politician than a technocrat. Didn't know his job nor did he make an attempt to understand what he was trying to do. He ended up successfully destroying an entire geo location by his short sighted mindset.
