There are not many negatives about this company. One thing that's always concerning with expanding consulting firms is spreading yourself too thin. At times, the company can bite off more than it can chew. However, I think a more conversational approach between HR and the Sales teams has really improved ICF's ability to go out and gain work knowing that the people are in place to get the job done.
