      If you are of the “Make America great again” mindset you will do very well.

      Cons

      The unethical practices of the HR/Recruiting team is a virus that plagues the entire organization. Unjust practices are encouraged and supported by senior management. Diverse employees are systemically being treated poorly behind the scenes. If you are brown, and have the feeling that something is not right about your pay, workload, title, review or promotion eligibility; chances are you are right. You will be terminated, demoted, or forced to quite shortly after bringing up concerns to HR. They will attempt to pay you off with 2 weeks pay on your way out so you sign a nondisclosure. Dont sign!

      People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
