Worse than the worst company - Anonymous employee ICF Employee Review

I can only share my personal opinion of my experience at ICF. First, I don’t believe it will ever get any better. I felt there was years of lip service, but little ever was done to improve the culture. As part of the finance team, I feel I was part of the most dysfunctional area. In my opinion the CFO played favorites and set the tone for the organization. I felt not everyone was held to the same standard. I feel like working for this organization negatively impacted my reputation in the financial community.
