Cons
The organization has a problem with underpaying and holding their female minority staff to different performance and hiring standards. Unfortunately the organizations HR and Recruiting staff have limited knowledge or no interest in Employment law and fair practices. If you are being mistreated or have an issue do not take it to HR just call a lawyer.
