Pros
There are very smart people who work there, and they seem to be passionate about what they do.
Cons
It is an extremely competitive and corporate, which is great, if you like that sort of thing, but it was not for me. I found that people did not hesitate to through you under the bus in order to promote themselves. I did not find managment supportive of employees learning new skills or growing existing skills. I did not like working here at all.
