      the people, the work you do, flexibility, work environment

      Cons

      benefits are ok-ish. they seem to be getting worse. New CMO has own agenda and doesn't get to know existing staff and capabilities; also doesn't value flexibility and telecommuting (which is something ICF is proud of).

      Dear former employee, Thank you for taking the time to write a detailed review. To address your concerns about benefits, their cost actually remained flat this year and we enhanced our parental benefits for 2017, including additional paid time off for new moms and a baby bonus for both new moms and new dads.

      People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
