      There are no pros .. working here is a waste of time in your career - best advice buy put options on the stock.. it’s the best ICF can do for you

      Cons

      - no vision - bad benefits - no culture - lack of innovation - decisions are made on a spreadsheet - Live 90 days at a time to please wall street but when technology is changing this fast you need leadership and need to take chances

      People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
