Pros

Covered parking. Toilet paper in the bathrooms. Functioning doors. Adequate oxygen levels that, unfortunately, allow breathing to continue while at work.

Cons

Management will look for ANY reason to write you up. Dress code is beyond ridiculous, especially in hot climate. Simple manual errors, regardless of how seldom, and you can expect to be called into your'e managers office. Expect to be treated like a child and constantly ridiculed and tormented by your managers and Sr. Directors. Disgusting place to work and the culture is non-existent. They may try to use volunteer days, holiday dress-up, etc to drive motivation but it's only 'window-dressing' to try an make you believe they have an actual culture, which does not exist. I would only take this job if your other option is living under a bridge, and even then, you may want to consider that instead.
