Pros
If you want to do take on the tasks of everyone the company lets go and that falls outside the scope of what you are hired to perform then you will love this job and you will get a paycheck.
Cons
Low wages, unrealistic expectations in every department, sales people will become clerks to check in and out RMA's from customers and you will loose out on your commissions since this takes more than 50% of your day NOT DOING SALES. Bonus if you are lucky enough to get one will be lower each year. When your number comes up, you will be let go just before your bonus is paid to you. I'm giving this 1 star rating only because this system will not allow a zero.
