Average benefits, some work flexibility.
Cons
The company will take all the shortcuts and overpromise anything to get ahead of the business and recruit staff, only that you will find out later on there are many broken commitments and they can screw you up anytime. All they care is sales numbers and growth rate. Not a high ethical standard company. The moral is low. Not a place to grow career aspirations.
