Pros

Good pay. Bonding with former employees and trading stories about how they were also screwed over is a great time. Many folks who helped build the place up were forced out or quit due to complete disrespect. If you like playing politics and being lied to directly to your face, this is the company for you.

Cons

It's the worst company to work for. I should've paid attention to reviews before February 2016 (thats when we were forced to write positive reviews about the company to make sure the glassdoor rating increased). Management is terrible. No communication at all. The executives actively lie to employees. It's such a joke. These are peoples lives and careers they are messing with and they don't care at all. The on boarding and maintenance of the live accounts is the worst I've ever seen and they are holding on by a thread. Completely ruthless management. Stay away.

Pros

I have worked at F500 companies that are not as clear on their direction and vision you will find in Hyperwallet. From the top down, people sincerely care about their co-workers and treat each other like family. The technical agility of Hyperwallet blows me away. It is a great place to work if you are someone who likes to actually be able to make a difference. People who do not put the customer first, do not take responsibility for their work, and are not dedicated to contributing to the corporate culture in a positive way do not last long here. There is no room for excuses or clock punching here. Because it is a fast-paced, growing company interested in being the gold standard, there are opportunities to learn a wider scope of work than just your discrete business area. Business leaders open the door to educate staff, promote learning and career growth on all levels.

Cons

You will find that there are not always templates to utilize or workflow processes in place that clearly define internal roles. People are used to just getting the job done. These things are being put in place as the structure of the company continues to grow. The technology is complex and takes at least 6 months to learn and is constantly changing.
