We take your feedback seriously and would urge you to contact your local HR Business Partner to discuss your experiences. We are committed to ensuring that every employee feels heard and valued, and we have policies in place, such as our grievance policy, to support this.
We understand your concerns about the salary review process. Our annual salary reviews are designed to ensure fair remuneration based on job performance and market standards. However, not every review results in an increase, as it depends on various factors that are defined for each review cycle.
We continuously review and enhance our employee benefits and learning programs. For instance, on the top of our existing offering including on line learning system that contains various leadership and functional trainings, we have recently introduced Rezilient as our Employee Assistance Programme to support everyone's wellbeing, and we are launching a new line manager development programme in Q2 this year.
We are also investing in our people in other ways – for example, opening a new office in Belgrade and launching new AI-driven tools and systems to help make things easier for our people so they can continue to provide a 5-star experience for our customers.
