Pros

Nice engineers to work with. Company mainly does installs and servicing now. A good place to do little work and get paid because management don’t have a clue what’s happening. Was a good company to work for 5 years ago, less so now.

Cons

Managers haven’t got a clue. Never show up to site, only exist on teams. Always shuffling around and never really implement any substantial change. They make it more and more difficult to go through their levelling process.

Great people, pay on time and good holiday pack

Cons

Lack of development and career progression, Exec team is awful (apart from the CEO) wrong people getting promoted to management.
