Pros

Discounted Rooms. Employee Rewards on in-hotel World of Hyatt enrollments

Cons

Colleague Advantage PMS extremely buggy, maybe the worst hotel PMS system I've dealt with in terms of error codes and bugs. Constant key issues and issues generating reports. Sending files to print that come out blank in the preview. Back end Opera PMS system almost just as bad, gets stuck on Java launcher often. System will shut down on you during Night Audit. Slow response times from IT for Hyatt. Make you jump through hoops to get help. Hyatt's folio system has been down for the last two days and guests have not been able to see what they are being charged for.

Pros

Great work environment, team was helpful and really nice, workload wasn’t overwhelming

Cons

Didn’t feel super included on the team as a contractor, expectations were consistently unclear, they tell you it’s temp to perm, but could be years before a permanent role is available
