Cons
-They can't keep a consistent manager, I have been with Hyatt for 2 years and I have seen around 10 managers/supervisors come and go, not including hosts. - They overwork tf out of the managers especially the front desk which then affects us host relying on having a decent manager to stay. - One negative thing about hotels is they like to oversell on rooms for them to make revenue however it affects us host a lot and it looks bad as a host to tell the guest that we no longer have that available room type they booked. -They care a lot about scores -Head of HR is careless and blend -Likes to very much people please guest in which creates monsters that like to take advantage of hotel employees. -They have a very hard time with training people and it’s always a different style of training with new hires. (personal opinion: this job is definitely more to get experience than something that might work in a long run since hospitality is a precise and difficult career, more so, it’s not for me, but it’s a great opportunity)
