Large company with great travel perks, free lunch on Wednesdays, hybrid culture but three days a week in person, fun events in office, great work life balance and encourage taking advantage of travel and visiting hotels
Cons
No room for upward mobility or growth unless someone leaves and a position opens, restructure and just had massive layoffs, remote employees get different benefits than in person (like gym membership monetary credits), certain titles are not eligible for bonuses, teams like to "blame" others
