      Pros

      Hyatt is doing big things, and there is a genuine camaraderie and care among associates. Great opportunity to grow your career within the company. It's amazing when so much of the leadership has been with the company 15-20 years or more. Great perks and benefits.

      Cons

      Some new leadership, specifically on the marketing team, has really changed the culture, and not in a good way.

      Great work environment, team was helpful and really nice, workload wasn’t overwhelming

      Cons

      Didn’t feel super included on the team as a contractor, expectations were consistently unclear, they tell you it’s temp to perm, but could be years before a permanent role is available
